
Heather McCoy Jones
Heather Jones, Owner and Director of The Dance Warehouse, began dancing at the age of three. Not only was Heather the recipient of multiple regional and national titles, she was also chosen to dance in the Star Systems national television program as a member of the National Cheer and Dance Team. She has studied under such world renowned choreographers as Sheila Barker, Frank Hatchett, Mike Minery, Jackie Sleight, as well as many others, while attending New York 's famous Broadway Dance Center . Most recently Heather has continued her dance education, alongside some of her students, with Tabitha and Napoleon Du'umo, Ryan and Tina Cyphert, Dennis Caspary, Mark Goodman and Caroline Lewis. While attending Clemson University , Heather taught master classes and choreographed for The Clemson Dancers, and was honored as a guest judge for the Clemson University Kinetic Theatre. Heather is a proud member of the Professional Dance Teacher's Association and the National Dance Association, and looks forward to continuing their shared goals of providing the highest quality of dance education here at The Dance Warehouse!

Cherry Bell
Mrs. Cherry started dancing at the early age of three and has been teaching now for 42 years. For 38 of those years, she owned and operated her own successful studio. She has understudied with Broadway legends Frank Hatchett, David DeMarie, Gus Giordano and David Sanders. Mrs. Cherry's greatest pleasure in life is sharing her love of dance with small children. She is a great asset to The Dance Warehouse!
Tonya Gilreath Burriss
Tonya Burriss learned of her love for dance and gymnastics at the age of five. Mrs. Burriss holds numerous regional and national titles, and was a proud finalist of the television show Star Search, where she was privileged to study with some of Broadway's finest. Tonya was also a featured model in the Lebo's Costume Catalogue. She was voted all-star cheerleader and offered a full cheerleading scholarship to The University of South Carolina. Although, of all her accomplishments, Tonya's proudest moment is welcoming her new son, Talon, into the world.
Ashlan Drake
Ashlan is a new member of The Dance Warehouse staff. Formerly of the South Carolina Governor's School, Ashlan spent 4 years with the Greenville Fine Arts Center. In 2004 she received her diploma in dance education from The North Carolina School of the Arts. Ashlan has been teaching and choreographing throughout North and South Carolina since 2001. She was a scholarship recipient for South Carolina Dance Alliance and the Sarasota Ballet, as well as talent winners in both the Miss TL Hanna and the Miss Anderson pageants. We are so thrilled that Ashlan has decided to bring her expertise to The Dance Warehouse!
